We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you! When you prepay and book online, your facial treatments are reserved exclusively for you.
To ensure we can accommodate all our clients, please note the following cancellation and rescheduling guidelines:
Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.
Cancellations:

Cancellations made within 7 days of your appointment will incur a $35 fee.

Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours prior to your appointment will incur a $75 fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment or failure to show up will be charged the full service fee.
