When you do prepay booking online, your facial treatments are reserved exclusively just for you. Rescheduling is permitted only.
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for rescheduling. Reschedule made within 24 hours of the appointment or "no shows" will be subject to full amount of the scheduled service including if payment was made using a gift card.
